I gradually started gain training to help others prehabilitate and rehabilitate themselves from injury and increase their athletic performance. This state of the art training included Z health (level 4 movement therapy specialist), Trigger point release therapy, Kettlebells, and Crossfit. Using this training, I have been able to help many people from around the United States avoid unnecessary pain and/or surgery.
